Q: What shipping method do you use?

A: All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail.  You will receive an email with the tracking # once your order is shipped.

Q: Why didn't I receive a confirmation email regarding my order?

A: After purchase, we email the address that was inputted on the order form.  Please double check your spam folder if you did not see it come thru.

Q: When will my order arrive?

A: All shirts are made to order.  Please allow 3-5 business days to print.  Your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.  We will email you a tracking # so you know when it will arrive.

Q: Why do you love Chicago so much?

A: What's their not to love!  Chicago has the best food, people, and best summers.  Clearly, we're biased but we're okay with that.  :) 

Q: What percent of my order do you donate to charity?

A: We love giving back and contributing to a good cause.  As such, we gladly donate $1 of your order to Urban Initiatives, an awesome social service organization in the West Loop.  

Q: What material are your shirts?

A: All of our shirts are a blend of combed cotton and polyester.  These shirts are soft and super comfortable.  They’re the good stuff.  No boxy, scratchy shirts from the Bandwagon team.  They are unisex and are a slimmer fit.  With a soft screen print on the chest, you’re going to want to wear our shirts every day of the week.

Q: When will you respond to my email?

A: We respond to all emails within 24 hours Monday - Friday.
